SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing & Handling Time

  • 48-Hour Guarantee: All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers within 48 hours from the exact time of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day, ensuring your shipment leaves our facility as quickly as possible.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • ItalTech Equipment & Part is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages & Shipping Issues
